There are plenty of sites to learn adobe Photoshop.I sorted out some of popular adobe Photoshop tutorials for beginners as well for experts. I think that will be very useful.

 

try searching for tutorials, this is how I learnt all the basics and some advanced effects!

 

I think it's already been said above, but there are many different site that can help you learn photoshop. There are also several books that may be able to help you. Google is your friend in looking for them both, but another suggestion would also be to play around in photoshop for a while to get used to it as well. That's half the fun of photoshop.

There is no 1 particular place to get photoshop tips. Your best bet is youtube. There are also some good photoshop books like Photoshop Magic that offers tips you won't find online.

 

YouTube is my best choice to get tips and tutorials. So you should check it first before them...
