I really can't give you specific links but there are plenty of decent sites that provide people with details about how to use Photoshop. Google is your friend -- try searching for "photoshop tips" or "photoshop tutorials".

Google is your friend in looking for them both, but another suggestion would also be to play around in photoshop for a while to get used to it as well. That;s hald the fun of photoshop.
