    was wondering if anyone could tell me the best place to get possiable high value domains valued. ideally a place that gives 'real' values as opposed to what i wish they are worth.

    I think its Moniker. Afternic also could give you a good appraisal. Both cost money...lol But if you got an offer this is the best way to know the value of your domain.
