    Witmart will be a good place. Their charge will not be high,but you can find different designers about web design and logo from different countries.

    If you're looking for professionals I'd suggest checking out designer networks, for example Forrst (forrst.com), Dribbble (dribbble.com) and Behance (behance.net).

    I you are looking for freelance job work, when post your requirement on freelancer.com and elance.com. It provide the best platform for freelance work. If you are looking for permanent graphic designers, then post your requirment on any Job portal like monster.com:confused:

    I would suggest Staff.com, it works like Odesk, Elance, Freelancer.com but they’re more on hiring full time employees. Plus, they have a recruitment team that helps you find the right person to hire. You can get a partial list of their graphic designers here https://www.staff.com/skill/Graphic+Design.

    I've found some good freelance designers here on Digital Point. If I was looking for a full-time designer of the highest quality, I would use behance.com.

    There is a place here in the forums where you can post that you want a logo and some will design for free. It's a start.
