Hi all, I have tried a couple of low cost traffic sources that weren't worth it and just did a pop under. Some that I'm looking at SOUND good and say they send real visitors, some say they send traffic from expired domains. I just don't trust most of them. I know you get what you pay for and I'm not totally cheap, but want a large volume of webmaster type traffic from a source that people here at DP have tried and trust. Any suggestions?
Bump? Anyone have any good sources??? I'm already using some Adbrite and Blogads, PPC on Google and Yahoo, but looking for more traffic. Any ideas?
Have you tried article submissions, Linda? I'm getting fairly good returns on some articles that I've recently submitted. Even one is on a PR6 page, I was pretty happy to see that
Hi Linda, You may want to take a look at Allfeeds.com - they have a relatively low CPC, and some of their publishers are at the top of the Google SERPs. May be a cost-effective way to create more traffic. You can click on the link in my signature if you want more information. HTH, Sam
jeeplaw asked: Have you tried article submissions, Linda? Thanks good idea. But my carpal is getting bad so I just need to buy traffic I don't have to "type" to get. I guess I could pay someone to write articles but don't have time to deal with it really. Have money to spend, just no time. Sam, I had never looked at allfeeds before. Thanks for the tip. At 1st I was excited but then saw they offer a toolbar - so may promote adware. Made me leary.
I don't trust most of them myself I tried pop under pop over pop corn, targeted and from expired domains sites and I just feel I wasted my $$. Again this is my own experience. best regards John
I am also looking for traffic for my affiliate programs directory and other sites. I have been looking for traffic for a while and I find that webmaster type traffic is very far and between unless you have the money to pay higher prices for the traffic then you can get alot more.
Hi Linda, Could you tell me where you saw the toolbar? I wasn't aware of this, and I'm pretty familiar with their services. I'd like to check into it and get more information. Thanks, Sam
Articles are a good way of getting traffic, but it is not a quick way of receiving traffic unless you get on some high traffic sites. I am looking for sites that charge for advertising, like Adwords. I need alot of traffic and I have not got time to wait for search engine rankings and things. Infact I am already ranked very well in the search engines and I am near my competitors and doing even better than alot of them. But to beat them I now need paid advertising and alot of it if I want to become one of the most popular sites online for my topic.
