I have been testing a website of mine and would like to buy some targeted traffic (CPM) from a good website. I know there are some shady ones out there that use bots, etc so can anyone point me in the right direction. I already have PPC advertising setup but want to test CPM. Thanks

I would suggest Adwords.Easy interface, trackable results and quick implementation.There are a lot of articles on how to optimize your campaign and increase your ROI.Above all, Google is a reputable company, quite experienced and sophisticated to minimize click fraud etc.
