Best place to buy and sell ads?

    What is the best place to buy and sell ads ?I use Adster but in my opinion they are SCAM. i bought from them 3-4 ads..but still pending,.no good support from the.still waiting e-mails from them for my questions.
    I would like to hear your opinions.

    thanks erucker. any other suggestions where i can use paypal to buy ads because as i know adbrite i can buy only with cc..?
