    Godaddy does have a paypal option, but you need a credit card attatched to your paypal account to use it. It's lame.

    Namecheap accepts a regular paypal account

    Apart from the above mentioned registrars, there are a lot of other domain registrars who have paypal and other payment gateways as payment options.

    Enom.com are good if you have a reseller account, the only draw back is
    you have to deposit min $100

    If your lucky enough to have a Fab account thats the best in my oppinion
    Especially as you can reg .coms for 6.95 and .nets for 4.95 .info and .org for similar prices, to get on the fab program though, you have to have a good set of generic set names or hot key words
