Hoping some of the guru's here can give me a helping hand, I have just recently put my recipe site online not just any old recipe site. This site specializes in top secret recipes only.

Anyway I thought why not sign up to some good food forums with 1000+ members, so I loaded up Google but I am struggling to find any large forums about food or recipes. So if you guys and girls know any please let me know.
(The idea of this is to use my sites url in my forum sig)

Also what sites do you recommend I buy banner space & text links on? Because I don’t think webmaster sites would be a good idea.

Try to link trade with other sites. I just created a service to trade text links with other consumer oriented sites. It's called x5traffic.com. Signup and try it!
Adwords is good. I spend a lot of money on keyword advertising. But if you can't, try my free service.
