    I've had pretty good luck with the Google AdWords Content Network lately - in a non-IM niche, but for a low-priced how-to guide ($9.95).

    Become a publisher at Clickbank and put your book in their market place then, try to get affiliates to promote your book for you. It will cost you a one off fee.
