I've always used pingler.com

 

Sitemaps option (using XML feed as a sitemap) in the Google webmaster tools is the best pining tool which i am using.

about your pingdevice.com, which sites it's pinging?
I try to ping but no status to where and where, and the ping is so fast.
is it working ?

 

I am only using pingomatic... Great results, so only ping your websites ONCE with it and you will get the desired result

 

pingler is a decent tool as well as pingoat, whenever i use that my site gets crawled almost immediately.

 

I personally use pingomatic.com and am very happy with that.
