Best php ide for debugging???

    i am looking for a good php ide for debugging. and 1 silly question, do i need to have apache, phpmyadmin installed? or can i just debug using a free webhost???

    I've always loved PHP Designer 2008.

    Has things like xDebug built in, and works properly on my computer. I've had a lot of problems with other IDEs such as Zend Studio, simply not working on my computer. PHPD also seems to be best for the sort of programming I do.

    Eclipse PDT is very good and free.
    You also can try Zend for Eclipse. But it is not free.

    I use Zend studio. It is very good IDE for php developers.

    I recommend you PHP Expert Editor. Works perfect to me
