Hello, I am making program, where I will accept payments from my clients for services I give them. I need good Payment processor to accept Credit Card payments from all major credit card owners : Visa, Mastercard and so on.
I watched at google checkout, but as I understand, they accept sellers only from USA and UK, please do not offer me PayPal.
I am waiting for suggestions, thanks.

I always suggested Plimus to anyone who asked me about payment gateways. Plimus lets you install payment processing system on your website and integrate it with your current design so it fits your layout perfectly. Now you can accept everything from credit cards to PayPal on your website, no more worries about PayPal limitations. Setup is free but there are some processing fees:

Minimum balance for cash-out is 35$ and if you earn less than that in a month, your funds will be carried over to the next month. Simple, effective and wonderful! Plimus is definitly something you should consider using.

Well my first choice would always be Google Checkout, but if its not available to you then there are a few other options.

2checkout works well with most sites.

2 checkout has no fees of money sending at all, or 5.5% and $0.45 ?

Basically you are charged 45c per transaction and 5.5%.

Although not the cheapest around, its stable has been around for along time. It also allows you to accept check and credit card payments.

Not sure of the fees of hand, however people do need a moneybookers account to send and recieve money.

2checkout is the best from that aspect as people don't need to sign up to use it.

Do you know any other payment processors, where you don't need to signup when you make a CreditCard transfer except 2checkout? Or is it the best choice ?

I would say 2checkout is the best choice.

Well actually worldpay is the best as its run by one of the top 4 UK banks, but its sort of restricted on whether you can use it. Or there is bibit.com that you can use in Lithuania, but thats again restricted based on a number of factors, and its not cheap.

For me moneybookers is the next best payment processor to paypal. They are basically like paypal but the fees are a bit lower.

    +1,

Moneybookers fee's is something like 2.7% for any transaction I think. Much lower than any other competitor, and they accept CC plus Bank account transfers as payment methods. Extremely good service etc.

    Moneybookers is simply the best.
