You can pay by PayPal account and another option is that you can pay on going in any branch of Domain provider.

I suppose that Paypal is the most preferable and safe method of payment.. Many webmasters use it.

 

I think moneybookers is very reliable for buying or selling plus it has a refund system for buyers.
paypal isn't available in many countries.
