your adsense account needs to be "upgraded to referral 2.0" - something G does at the right time automatically.

normally you find a message on your google page saying so
else
there might obviously be account without referrals ( ? or less than all referrals ?)

 

i think everone's account upgraded to referral 2.0
and someone who is saying that he is not getting this product might he is not upgraded to 2.0.
you can send message to adsense about this.

wow..nice idea to increase adsense,but i think google now pull down CPC of this product as this thread might get too old

IDE is the very best referral keyword you can get..I once got 85 signups i.e (85*1.54) $ in a single month from them n besides that their newsletter do make a lot of sense.!!
