best paying PPC network for a crappy site?

    The site was rejected (banned) by Adsense after performing beyond imaginable for a year or so. Chitika that is currently on it pays like 1/50th adsense at best.
    What is a good network to use with a reasonable per click rate, multinational ads, and no to stringent requirements to the site content?

    Edit: please provide mode details in your response (such is your experience using XYZ) rather than "you can try XYZ", or here is the list of 50 PPC networks you could choose from

    I was just going to say the above. I have only just started to use them but I have a 2% or so CPM which was better than what I had with Google.
