Best Paying CPM?

    Can anyone suggest companies that will let me serve their pop-ups & banners (no text ads) for decent money on my website?

    I have done the Adbrite thing and don't like them very much, what other good ones are out there?

    I want to make $$ purely on impressions and clicks, not on conversions.

    There is many cpm ad networks. I would personally recommend Value Click Media, Snoork Ads, Cpx Interactive, Underdog Media. Some of those ad network don't offer 100% fill rate, so you will have to join more than one ad network to get 100% fill rate.
