Neobux is also a good ptc site to where I am in. They really pay. I tried it once. After my clicks earned a dollar, I withdraw it just to check if they really pay and they did. There are so many scams out there but I just stick to neobux because I have proven that this is not a scam but I am still looking for other ptc sites that pays good and not scams.
Don't know about adchoice but i am currently using adbrite and its going smooth for me. their CPC rate is not too good but still a good option if you are not eligible to fit into Google's adsense.

i know a good site, its paying in € and its not scam you get 10 ads and each gives: 0.01€ then if you upgrade you can get this 0.03€ each click and +80 ads! Pm for further information

Found another way to make money online a few weeks back, that for a change works in my favour to tell you about. Its http://www.varolo.com/village/Blacksun village blacksun. The way it works is you watch ads targeted to you to get your earnings. Which in itself makes you basically nothing. The trick is that for everyone your invite that watches ads you get paid for and for all the people they invite and so on. This works up to five degrees of seperation to yourself. Its an interesting concept that im giving a go. I could imagine with a little effort to begin with you could build up a nice weekly income. The real winners here are Varolo though but I guess thats the same with all the ad referal system at least this time you only have to do initial effort and gain the benifits from everyone else and then they do they same and so on.
