If you are looking ppm for proxys then you try paypopup.com, adversal (for pop under) and canepmedia.com (for banners) because they pay for any traffic and are allowed on proxified pages also.
See this list of CPM affiliates. My best is the first one (pay up to 1.80$ per 1000 impressions of popups if Your traffic is US/UK based, other countries have lower rates)

I used only popuptraffic.com, and got $0.09 for 18 visitors to my site I registered in a few sites too, as well, and waiting for approval now !
yaramon, after reading a few articles about widgetbucks, anymore I can't trust them ! Better to use something where you get money for every visitor to your site .. Ok - you get not so much as in adsense etc., but you know, that you get it 100%
I just found a few good articles from trusted peoples, who are scammed by widgetbucs, so I don't trust them anymore ! Better to use some pop-up advertising .. you can earn not as much as in other ways, but you know, that you will get money by 100% !
