Best pay-per-free sign up affilate program?

    Generally my experience is those programs which offer less for pay per sign up are realistic. Say upto $1 for a free sign up. Otherwise tell me how far extent that site will be benfited to have conversion to paid sign up to shell out us more money.
    Check out these pay per free signup with affiliate networking sites like shareasale, affiliatebot, click2sell etc so that atleast you will be paid.

    Finding decent paying free sign ups for International is tough. Cj and RocketProfits dont seem to have much at all.

    PM me, we are putting together pay-per-free-sing-up program for baby boomers (senior care). Sign up is free for them, we never collect from them as well. No one even asks credit card numbers :)
