Best pay per download program Wanted

    I need a pay per download program for my software promotion campaign.
    I tried download.com's PPD campaign, it sucks, most downloads from download.com site are made by machine, not human.
    Any advise on PPD program, Also i am looking for a high traffic site ( video related), i want to buy ads.

    Have you tried Graboid...$.70 a download but you need to register a free account too though!

    I need a good PPC campaign to sell my software rather than make money through ppc.
    I am going to buy ads and qualited trafic.
