Best pay per download program Wanted

    I need a pay per download program for my software promotion campaign.
    I tried download.com's PPD campaign, it sucks, most downloads from download.com site are made by machine, not human.
    Any advise on PPD program, Also i am looking for a high traffic site ( video related), i want to buy ads.

    You could try FLV Direct. I haven't tried it myself, but heard they pay well.

    I think ziddu is good for pay per download programs.
