    I only know the mesothelioma keyword. I heard Digital photography is also paying well :)

    I suggest that you compile some subjects wich you like and then check the 'relative' prices on tools as overture ... mortgage keywords are expensive ... but do you know anything about that ?

    it doesn't matter all that much which is the highest paying keyword, if you have a really good, content-full and REALLY targetted website, You can do well with almost any kind of words....

    If you try to build a website around keywords, you might get highly paying ads that never ever get clicked. Focus on what kinds of themes you could develop great sites around and once you come up with an answer to that question then you can begin to do some keyword research.
