I can recommend WEBCEO its easy to understand and the level of support is very good. Using it to do the SEO on my new site and seeing results after just 2 weeks of work.

IBP is good. I use it. But I have found more paid tools, resources, etc. on www.seomoz.org that IBP doesn't offer. I say go with IBP. Just realize there is a ton of other great information out there. So don't limit yourself.

 

i receive email promotions from web ceo and even tried their demo version. Looks good but I agree with above post IBP is probably one of the best. Information they provide on help files are amazing. It will help any newbe.

 

Well I use WEB SEO for about 2 years. It as nice tools that I wont comment now, but there is one thing that I am not certain for.
It is about the keywords tool.

I was searching for a niche when I found this keyword:

"pcmcia modul viaccess"

1 237 800(aprox. monthly keywrod searches)
9360 competition
181 879,017 KEI ( keyword effectiveness index)

wow I said. made an article, spend some links and I got it ... I am 1st place in google search.

Well then I sadly determine only 1 visit for a week.

After the next version and new WEB CEO database that keyword has <1 searches. So consider that when you are using WEB CEO.
