Best paid per Download programs ?

    Which programs offer the best rate per 1000 downloads? Without surveys.
    I am creating a website wich could use this method but i need too be sure that they pay and have a good rate.
    I use fileice for surveys downloads and i was going to use bitshare for the no surveys download, but i found a lot of person with issues on bitshare.
    I am looking at letitbit right now, but i would appreciate any advice.

    Sorry for mistakes, not my native language.

    This is kind of a really old thread - no issues about that but the topic starter had specifically suggested a site which doesn't contain any surveys.
