Best paid methods for building Pagerank?

    Hi,

I have a website filled with roughly 2500 highly searchengine-optimized pages of content.

Right now, the main frontpage has several inbound links with relevant link-texts - so I need to make the frontpage more authorative (in other words, get more links).

I'm lucky enough to have a solid budget to make this happen, so anywhere from $500 to $7000 is okay to spend.

My question is: What are the best paid methods for building Pagerank?

I know about Text-link-ads (.com), but buying from them is a recurring cost - and once I stop paying, the Pagerank-juice also stops flowing... I like the idea of one-time costs better - such as:

    • One-time fees for directory-inclusions
    • Paid comment-bots and/or paid Indian commentators (done right)
    • Paid articlewriters, who submit the articles to various medias themselves
    • Paid link-agents, who do reprociprocal links with relevant sites

    Any ideas?

PS: Please be practical in your response, giving relevant URLs and similar (not just "contact an indian agency") :)

Why do you bother with Page Rank ?
Concentrate on one way links ... with the desired anchor texts ...

Another sad case of PR Obesity.

Listen to w3bmaster and give your money to charitable organizations.

I would say purchasing an in-depth, extremely targeted backlink campaign would be your best bet.

Please understand that your comments are not helpful - or intelligent.

Pagerank is an mathematical expression for authorative links. When I say that I want to build Pagerank, what I am saying is - OF COURSE - that I want to concentrate on building high quality, one-way links (as "w3bmaster" stated in his inital reply).

And ainmohd, what's sad here is your reply. Let's try to use our brains, ok?

As I said in my initial post, I'd love it if your answers were practical in nature - i.e. meaning specific ways of doing an extremely targeted backlink campaign.

Directory inclusion, social bookmarking can be fully automated, and are fairly cheap to get. Don't use reciporcal link or buy text ads or you will risk getting a ban from Google. As for blog commenting, it's best to get some blog comments in related niche with PRs. I am collecting bunch of those. I do article spinning/submissions + social bookmarking and pay about $5 for every 500+ links from those. But Page rank zero pages can only get you so far, so I am doing searches for high value blogs and selling the spare ones I found that isn't in my niche.

praetserge, the 500+ links are from usually spin articles submissions. Basically I already have the tools in place, with social bookmarking tool ($147 one time), and Articles ($3 per, which I rewrite with cheap rewrite tool that cost me $6). So one blast I get hundreds (about half are do follow) of non-anchor links with the social bookmarking tool, which I share with friends. Article submission, since I already subscribed to the service ($67 monthly), I can do one blast and create about 200 to 2000 unique spun links (pending on the niche/category).

So right now, on average, I spend about a bit over $5 a day to get over 500+ links after the fix costs are done. Takes about 30 minutes to an hour on my part to do it all, variable cost is the article submission service, which is $67 monthly (see my sig). It's expansive, but it allows unlimited submissions monthly and does the article spinning/submissions without creating a mess like some of the other services I tried. There are also software that does similiar things, but it's more semi-automatic process or blasting to the wrong categories. I am offering free article submission service to people who are interested, PM for details :)

Stormen, best way for page rank building, at least the cheapest way I know, is to buy some blog urls to comment on. Page rank juice changes exponentially, so PR 5, for example, is equivalent to more than 5 PR 4, and PR is like more than 5 PR 3. Page rank calculator here:

i have to agree with you that recurring payment for maintaining the backlinks is not a wise and long term solution. one time fees for various different servies can be a good solution but you need to put together a plan of action as to what you need to achieve and work accordingly.

regarding paying writers to write article is a good idea but submitting the same article to hundreds of sites doesn;t work the way it used to in the past. it is wise to submit unique articles to top article sites or if you want to submit to lot of article sites, then i suggest you spin your article for at least 30%-40% originality to avoid google's notorious duplicate content filter

i dont suggest on link exchange anymore as it is not only time consuming but you will also need to give out backlinks from your site. more backlinks you get, more backlinks you give out which increases your external links. also, lot of time people will add your link and remove later on or turn to nofollow. its just way too much time consuming to monitor and maintain a link exchange campaign for so little benefit

If you notice the majority of niche dominator's do not have high PR because they understand the amount of people such as your self willing to spend a bunch of money in the attempt to gain PR thinking PR and serps position go hand in hand. The best thing to do is spend money on high PR permanent placement directory submission and hire article writers which usually go for $5.00 per article. Personally I have spent $25.00 on a manual link exchange program and have almost completed requesting 130k link exchanges for my website. I know that their are some webmasters out their that do not believe in link exchanges, but they have not hurt. If your running a site with 2500 pages make sure that your placing keywords within the internal links of your site to all your important pages. You may want to hire a respected seo analyst or firm and if your not experienced have some one analyze your niche determining to what extent you will need to market. Anyway be careful before you write off what experienced webmasters are saying is not useful you will more than likely miss excellent information.
