Best paid and free directorys to help SEO through text links?

    I know that DMOZ, Yahoo and Business.com are good, is there an easy to follow list of the others (both paid and free)?

    I think "Business.com" doesn't offer direcet link so in terms of getting traffic it is good but am not sure about the value of inbound link from this site, especially when it comes to paying $200 better to be sure if you will get as much you pay
