Best paid advertising for proxy network?

Hi all,

I'm just beginning my "proxy network" experiment. So I'm kind of a newbie to things (learning quick though!).

I would like to do a little paid advertising for my proxies.

I'm sure some of you have success stories and advice.
Were are good places to advertise?
Other Paid OR free tips for advertising?
