Guys, i was planning to launch a new affiliate website. I was wondering if i should use a plain frontpage kinda of template or some CMS? Since my target visitors will be mostly USA, i only want certain offers to be seen by USA visitors and some specific offers by UK etc. I know this can be possible with PHP programming but if i develop a HTML template will i be able to add this functionality to it? I don't want any scrapers coz my products are very limited and i know what i want to sell, so i can manually change stuff..no big deal. any suggestion? Will wordpress work for this? any other recommended software?
