Hi friends, i am hosting my sites in vps linux/apache server...so far everything is good with command prompt...but i feel need of any control panel that can make job easy...i heard that almost all popular control panel are costly...can i get any of them for free for a single license? I goggled a found list of some open source web hosting control panel which is good one i dont know...i look for your suggestions and any other options i have
kloxo controlpanel is free of cost and easy to manage if you can pay for it, then the best option is getting a cpanel controlpanel.
I like SysCP respectively it's successor/fork Froxlor, mostly because both can be easily modified (written in php).
Webmin is free and stable; Also you can use virtualmin along with webmin to manage user accounts. All open source and free.
