    My favourite is Magento, it isn't really a script but a fully featured e-commerce platform, it's a little heavy on the beginner but it's amazing for what it is. (Free)

    You will need an up to date host to run it, mind you.

    interspire shopping cart is really great and free to use.
    bigcommerce is the best one.
