Best Open Source PHP/Mysql stats script

    hi,
    i need a script that will have as many of the following:

    php/mysql based
    low(ish) db sizes, don't want anything bigger than 500mb / mo for a 3k/day site
    fast speeds
    and graphs / stats

    any suggestions?
