I agree with Joe. While Joomla and Dupral have tons of features, I found myself wasting more time hacking PHP than working on my actual content. I'd rather spend that time modifying Wordpress, the code is much more simple to manage and understand.
I had seen Etomite before but never given it a shot. By seeing it mentioned in this thread, I decided to give it a go for a new site. And I must say, I think I'm gonna like it. Might turn out to be just what I was looking for in a CMS.
