I see there are several people offering manual directory submissions at very affording pricing. Has anyone noticed that they have received better search engine traffic based on one submission service vs another submission service?
I can't see how these directory submissions could bring you any real quality traffic. You might as well throw your money down the drain.
I do believe I have used just about every directory submitter here. Have yet to have a problem with any of them, so I would say, pick and choose among them for your submissions. Traffic may be poor, but that is not the major reason to submit to directories. It is the backlinks that really count.
I would like to let everyone know that I have used http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=58192 before. He charges $35 for about 350 directory submissions. But what really counts is the number of quality backlinks that you receive. I would be interested in hearing if anyones submissions have created a lot of back links for you.
