Best non blockable pop up system? Need advice

    I have a great 300 page website that gets good traffic now is the time for me to build my mailing lists for "special reports" and product offers.

    What is the best (and easiest to use) intergrated pop up message system and e-mail collection method?

    Its one of those flying pop ups you can see on clickbank product sites

    My pop up blockers can't block it
