Best non-adult Popunder network for advertisers?

Hello Guys!

Please suggest, what are the best non-adult advertising networks with Popunders?

Preferrably with large amounts of European traffic.

What I have tried so far:

1. Adoori
2. Popads
3. Adf.ly

Im constantly buying high-volumes of European Adult traffic for more than 2 years now, and its time to work with non-adult now.

I think I was trying them back in 2011 and had no luck...traffic flow my the specific GEO like Italy, was very slow

So you can get more traffic for cheaper price.

To be honest, and I'm talking purely as a member of the public who goes to a lot of websites, I hate pop-ups and pop-unders. I'm all for monetising websites through banners and video content, but I would draw the line at having pop's appearing all over my website pages and annoying my visitors.

 

I believe You have many of options like edomz, chitika clicksor, bidvertiser and many other which you can search in google, My suggestion would be, check there review i hope it will work for you, and see which one works good for you

 

@Hregger I'm not sure about Casale and ValueClick's minimums, but I believe they are right around that mark.
The best way to be sure is to ask them directly though I think
