best niche

    what tool to use for finding a good niche that give me ahigh ranking on search engine ( finding high paying keywords and low competing )

    if ur just trying to feed off good keywords your site will turn into an MFA - just make a site about anything you like, if you can manage it correctly, no high keywords will be necessary

    Everyone looked for niches like this. Just find topic you like and look for terms that have good traffic with less sites listed.

    There are tons of good niches that you can make some money off of still, but none that are truly unique.

    Try gaming, arts, comics, etc. Anything that you are interested in.

    Go to Google Adwords (not Adsense) and click on "Tools" then on "Keyword Tool." You enter some keywords related to niches you are interested in, then you'll see advertiser competition and search volume. Ideally, you want to find keywords with the highest search volume with the lowest advertiser competition. The problem is that most good niche/keywords have high competition even with low search volume. It's not easy. If it were, we would all be rich.
