So you want o start a new site, to make money from, what contentn would balance out the keyword value and updatable contentn so users come back?

An informative site on cancer pays well but people might never come back, a site on football may pay a lot less but people could come back time and time again,

    what's the magic mix?

I have made a travel site, but although the clicks pay well about 0,33$ average, people might never come back; and so I have to keep on posting the url in chat rooms and forums.

Don't start a website on a niche with high paying keywords, start a website on something that you know about and love. If it happens to be a high paying keyword, you're in luck.

How many times are you going to ask this here? As wyatt says, find something you are interested in and that you will be able to dedicate time and effort too, not something that is going to lose it's novelty. You're not going to get rich over night. Give up the high-paying keyword crap, there are already too many of those MFA sites cluttering the net.

You should start a site about something that you:
    - know about
    - there is international demand for that knowledge

Sometime you find something that is both high paying and high search for, just have to think about it for a while.

i get over 3000 visitor daily and have a decent return daily, downside is that most clicks are small, but i have high traffic

high traffic x small click payout ~ $$
low traffic x high click payout ~ $$

    Good luck.

Regardless of people's thoughts on whether or not you should choose your topic based on how much you think you'll get paid per average click, I think you're missing something important and that's the fact that people will in fact return to any quality website regardless of its topic, if the information on that site holds any significance for them.

If people are turning away from your site on cancer and never returning, it's less likely it's because the topic is uninteresting and more likely that you've built a shallow uninformative site which would serve little purpose were you to remove the ads. There is no "magic mix" you're looking for, there is only building a really great quality site that is worth people's time to visit and link to.

You can in fact build a site about a topic you don't know particularly well, but you need to spend a lot of time researching the topic and trying to gain some kind of interest in it in order to make sure that what you write is useful and accurate. Alternatively you can hire writers cheaply at guru.com but a lot of people steer away from this path due to lack of a budget for this sort of thing.

Moral of the story: want return visitors and links? Build a site that's worth other people giving a shit about.

    Hello,
You can start a site that you want, when people say. Try to make a website that you know about, this is really not true, sometime you can contract people to write content... and then you can start to learn about it....

You could create a laywer site, what do you know about laywers worlds? maybe nothing, but maybe you have time to learn, etc etc, just you need time....

in my experience , it's better to focus on the site niche which is going to bring more and more visitors.

working with high paying keywords is not a good idea

I was about to say that when I saw you'd already said it.. definitely choose a niche within your interests or you'll quickly lose interest.
