Best Niche Site Creator Script?

    Hi All,

    I'm looking for any and all recommendations for a user friendly niche site creator script. Ideally it should be:

    1) Turn-key, allowing even a dummy like me to create a completely fuctional web site.
    2) SEO friendly.
    3) Incorporate large AdSense banners and Analytics.
    4) Incorporate RSS feeds or some other form of automated content generation.
