Here's a free and quick tip for all newbies here. Don't promote the "affiliate marketing" or "make money" niche. They are far too competitive. Most sales are made by guru's that have lists or people sniping these launches that are ranking on the first page of google. And the PPC costs for these terms are way to high. My suggestion to you, which has worked well for me, is promote the 2nd best niche in clickbank, that yields much lower competition, but in most cases offers even higher commissions on their products......It is the forex niche. Yes, that's right. However, much like the "make money" niche, it can get very competitive after the product launches and sales go down drastically after the first week. So you need to hop on the promotions of these products very quickly. I offer a service to help affiliates get pre-launch notification on these products as I have several product owners on my list that give me first go at promoting their products before they are launched. If interested, PM me or go to my site in the sig link. Hope this helps, D
Strange, im promoting make money online niches on clickbank and getting plenty of clicks a day at an adverage of 40cent a click.
The rule of thumb for newbies is try and avoid competition. Use the Google keyword tool (https://adwords.google.com.au/select/KeywordToolExternal?defaultView=2) to see the PPC competition and bids for keywords and see whether you can compete in that particular niche. Also try to use other cheap PPC networks such as adbrite.com. Make sure that you bid low as the traffic is not as quality as Google Adwords traffic. But they do convert.
I would like to promote FOREX products but I have read that refunds are too many, stiil hestant to do it.
This seems to be a pretty blatant attempt to get people to click on your signature, and frankly the forex competition is on par with make money products with a higher return rate. I am very active in both niches and as a general statement I make more for my efforts within the "make money" niche than with forex products.
Finally one smart guy Obviously he's promoting his signature and forex niche is by far not "the best" niche on Clickbank. If you want to get killed by competition and then after making sales (if you are lucky) by refunds, then go ahead and start promoting fx stuff.
Filled with heavy refunds, Forex Niche is not for newbies. They will get de-motivated after seeing the refunds.
Agree that, Forex and other ebook products have high refund rate. drifty, dont use PM here, it is not allowed. I think you are smart to use this way to promote your products.
Forex niche is definitely not for the new players of AM however it is not to say that money cannot be made in the Forex niche, good money can be made with little effort however you need skill and experience as well as a lot of motivation for when the refunds start to kick in.
lol... so i consider forex is not a good offer at the moment in the market? correct me if i am wrong. Thanks
thanks for the tips tanakannewyork.. may i know what's the hottest offer people are looking for lately?
Forex doesn't necessarily have to be high refund rate... depends what you do with the leads, I guess. Definitely NOT saying that it's the best market to be in, because it isn't, in my experience... But you can give people bonuses for signing up with your link, delivered after refund period, or help with questions, have a support forum, etc... that help diminish the refunds.
For everyone here: I only posted this as I thought it may help some people out. As when I first started, I was trying to promote make money products, just like a lot of newbies and fell flat on my face. No sales and barely any earnings to show for it. Also, for those that say too much competition. Did you read my post? Or maybe you have never promoted a product before launch? Either way, this is what I was saying. If you promote a forex product before it launches, there are plenty of forex gurus out there with huge lists. I get my traffic from them sending out to their lists. Once they send out an email to their lists, there are thousands of people searching for the "product name" or "product name-review". However, the product is not even live yet, so they find my website that reviews the product, opt in to my list, and I provide them with a bonus and a later bonus offer if they buy through me ----- your basic affiliate marketing tactics. This is all free traffic too. I don't pay for anything and I don't have to worry about conversions from PPC. I also stated that most sales are made within the first week and the market gets too saturated after the first week. My only goal with my website is to make sales in the first 3 days of launch. Yes, there are refunds, but this is the only niche I have been successful in, so I thought I would share my experience. This is not a niche that you can depend on one product launch to make you $100,000, I'm not claiming that at all. But I have been able to pull in a few hundred from some products (even after refunds), and with 2 products I pulled in over 1,000 on each. My affiliate tactics are for short term profits, but for long term listbuilding. I don't expect my sites to make money after the first week the product launches as everyone stated here, it gets too saturated after week 1. And this is where most forex affiliates jump in and don't get any sales. This is why and how I promote them before they even launch. Take it for what it is, but this is the only way I have been able to make decent and quick money for the simple cost of a domain name and $4 per month hosting. -D
