the best niche to earn money is insurance,but it has highest competition,from those 4 niches,I would choose credit cards
The credit card niche pays pretty well, especially if you target keywords that are specific, (think "prepaid mastercard" rather than "credit cards"). I don't have many sites in the other niches so can't compare, but choosing only from your list I would go with either credit cards or education.
You have very hard times ahead of you. I'd recommend you don't go that route, but find ways to attract on your page: non technical audience, from western countries (us,uk,canada,australia) That means non technical topics, or technical topics aimed at very basic level audience, in english, and massive, so you need only the most popular topics and the most popular sub-topics within those topics, for this use google insights. You being another Pakistan boy, I strongly suspect you're not going to change direction whatever I write, so I stop here
Of the ones you've listed, I would say Credit Cards and Education (at least from the standpoint of Student Loans and stuff like that - basically what has to do with finances). Templates can do very well (like resume templates), but I'd still say the niches that have to do with money usually directly do best.
I think travel site is best purpose for google adsonce. Coz lot's of people are use online travel info.
