I think the most important reason is that its making money by running an affiliate network. Also, the cheap price of hasoffers is a reason as well, everyone can afford to run his own network. So why not?
popping every couple of hours using that cheapo hasoffers and scamming tons of affiliates and coming up again with new names i would rather stuck with the big players then going with new ones specially on the ones that are run by either veitnamese or indians who cant even write good english to communicate

If networks popup every hour why do you guys look that that simply ignore them and work with Shareasale , Cj , adsmarket , buyat, neverblue, azoogle , Why you don't use your writing skills for them . you don't because leaders don't care of public . you come here and cry for small networks which are working honestly . i agree self promotion every good review to this site has all had same grammar. As far as new networks i don't understand how some do good i wont use names but there is one that is getting alot of good reviews and pays 80 cents for email submits when mine pay 1.00 to 1.50 i don't see how they compete when they take such a big cut of the money.
This all happen when you provide extra facilities to publisher . when we hold all 100% risk and pay our publisher Daily payment we do take 30% processing fee . because there are chances if we could not paid by parent network or advertiser .When they feel 1GreatCPA is not able to get paid because traffic was junk or did not converted for them, what can we do in that condition ?. 1greatCPA has paid its publisher can money can not refunded you know ! . Publisher working because they know everything when they come up with Signup . We did not hidden any thing . we raise payout for good volume providers also . We do weekly and Bi-weekly also without any fee . There are several condition to gain profit .But we do what we said . We don't cheat .
lol i wasnt talking about your network i don't know your prices i was just saying i was talking about some other networkj with them prices, the only thing i was addressing towards your network is all your good reviews have the same grammar making it hard to believe, not saying your scam or cheap just saying about reviews
