Best network that allows my users to do something than them get rewards in my game.

I have an app I plan to publish soon and was wondering what networking paid good that will have my user fill out something than they get points inside my game. I think CPAlead does this but was wondering what other places did this? How much do they pay? What does my user have to do?

We allow incentives on many of our campaigns. We also offer two levels of sub-ID reporting and callbacks if you want to use them.
