Selling Best Native English Writer On DP: Get me While You Can

A couple of years ago, one of my writing clients asked me "why I wrote content for others when I could be doing my own projects". Good question! And I listened: I've been focused on my own projects and have been unavailable to new writing clients ever since.

    But I'm back!

To fund some of my projects, I'm ready to take on some new clients-- something I haven't done in a couple of years. While I don't want to toot my own horn (okay, actually I do), I'm pretty sure I had the happiest clients on Digital Point.

    What Makes Me Different

Are you looking for Wikipedia-style, stiff-and-stilted content for your site? You can find that anywhere, both from native speakers and non-natives. It's what 99% of the freelance writers around here do. Even the more expensive ones will give you this stiff-necked stuff... the kind of content that bores your readers silly.

    That's NOT what I do.

You want powerful, engaging, fun-to-read content that won't make your visitors fall asleep? Well, THAT is what I do-- and I do it well, consistently, and on time.

    Supercharging Your Content

Panda is a friendly-sounding word for a cute-and-cuddly creature, but... for a lot of webmasters, Google's Panda update has been a cute-and-cuddly warning sign: Google is on the warpath against sub-par content.

If there was ever a time to invest in great unique content that will truly engage your readers, it's right now.

It's time to get provocative. Like this:

    http://diyblogger.net/5-things-you-should-do-to-lose-your-blogging-virginity-like-a-slut

This article, which I wrote for DIYBlogger (where I have the role of Managing Editor), resulted in the highest traffic day in the site's history: and a metric ton of comments. Writing like this gets responses. And responses like this get noticed by Google.

    The Nitty Gritty

Do I do all this cheap? Of course not. I charge more than those penny-a-word writers, and I'm worth every cent. I have never had an unsatisfied client.

My Fees: Depending on the topic and/or the amount of research required, my fee is generally $0.04 per word. Compared to other writers here, it's not cheap. Compared to what you get? It's a steal.

My Topics: While I specialize in topics like personal development, social networking, blogging, fashion, health, and travel, I'm open to other topics. And can give them a spin that will get them noticed. Noticed by your visitors, noticed by the search engines... and making you money.

Contact Me: Sound like what you're after? Send me a PM. I'm only back on the scene for a limited time, so get some great content while you can.

It's nice to know that there are writers who know what they are worth. :)

Hi Bianca...I agree. It may mean you get less work than some, but you get 'quality over quantity' which is far more enjoyable in the long run
