    Most of PPI programs are good for that kind of traffic... there are some specifically for that kind of sites (ESCash, iBundle, ConvertClub) you can find reviews at pay-per-install.com
    Always contact support and let them know how are you going to use it otherwise you would be surprised when you get banned.

    Unfortunately I dont have such traffic to test it... But SEO is always best quality. So you might get accepted also to PPN, I am just not sure if they will like warez content.

    Its always good to try. I am sure you can make quick test and in one day reach minimum payment, than try other network. If you need help to get accepted to PPN let me know.
