Everyone gets depressed, even the most positive people I've ever seen get depressed sometimes and that is why there is a things that always encourage us to move on.. I have a question to ask: What is the best motivational movie you've ever seen?

    Thanks

A memorable movie for me is The Intouchables. It's a french movie about a wealthy quadriplegic who hires a young man from the projects to look after him. It's a lot of fun and gave a fresh view on life. A must see.

Pursuit of Happiness is a great film but how about '8 mile' with Eminem for inspiration.

March of the Penguins, of course. It was nice to see my family on the big screen and made me realise I need to achieve my desire of being with them again.

Joking, I've never watched it. I don't really think there is a particular film. Back when I was very unhappy, I watched Friends and this helped to cheer me up. Also, another low point of my life I travelled a lot and this helped me a great deal (and without that travel, I wouldn't be happy and married now).
