Best method to withdraw from Paypal

At present only check or xoom or withdrawal to visa card is the only solution. i heard that recently xoom is cancelling a lot of transactions.

I also have my own kotak mahindra bank account but I have not tried Virtual Credit Card.

I just want to know, Ccn I use Virtual Credit Card for the same? If So virtual Credit card only valid 24 hours so after expire of VCC how the fund will credit of my account?

You can go ahead an try...if it doesnt work , money will be refunded to your paypal account..

 

But paypal will charge your refund

 

I had initiated a withdrawal of $300 in Paypal and asked them to put it in my credit card. The payment was processed in 5 days!
Actually, the credit card was my NetCard I created using my Kotak Netbanking account. And the money that came in was at the current exchange rate of Rs. 46.25. The money was deposited as a chargeback directly to my bank account.

If that is the case then RBI is intelligent to apply the policy on all type of withdrawal categories like Bank/ CC etc and all service providers like PP/Xoom.
May be I am wrong so please update if you have got it in hands.

When its working for kotak netcards , it will for sure work for hdfc netsafe also

So if Kotak netcard works with PayPal withdrawl then HDFC should also work. I must try and confirm.

The transfer is completed but I dont see money in my account yet?

Well, I tried HDFC VCC more than a week back, but no sign of fund either at my HDFC account or at my paypal account. Things are getting worse day by day... anyone else tried and got via hdfc vcc or any other vcc??
