just make sure that the url has the site title in it. for example:
    bestcoloringpages,com/alien-colouring-pages
    instead of
    bestcoloringpages,com/sub_category.php?cat_id=77&main_id=2

    Best

    domain.com/keyword
    domain.com/keyword/
    domain.com/keyword.html

    then..

    domain.com/id000-keyword
    domain.com/id000-keyword.html
    domain.com/id000-keyword/
    domain.com/keyword-id444 ...

    after that...

    domain.com/something/id000-keyword
    domain.com/something/keyword

bottom line: no ? in url

It depends on how your site is programmed. I looks to me like your site is just programmed with an editor and it isn't managed by a content management system. If that is the case, then you just define in in the editor.

    Use htaccess
I am afraid this is all that you can do for now, at least a little better.
put that on a file called .htaccess in your server, backup the old on if you have.
    hope I helped

But the problem remain the same...

Pay attention when playing with php especially pay attention on sanitizing inputs otherwise your core php application will become highly vulnerable.
