Hey All, I have 20 websites that are all in the same industry. The all have pageranks from 0 - 5 and all are hosted on separate class C IPs. What would be the optimal way of interlinking them? I currently link them all together from a single page on each of the sites. What can you reccommed for getting the maximum results from interlinking these sites? Thanks!
Here's what I would do: Get rid of the link pages - it's too easy for Google to recognize them Try not to use reciprocal or three way linking - again, Google can detect those techniques Link from your high PR sites to the lower PR sites - optimally with sitewide links As your lower PR sites gain rank, build new sites and link to them from those lower PR sites Focus on increasing the rank on your current high PR sites - the benefits will cascade down to your other sites
Grab a copy of the Revenge of the Mininets by Michael Campbell. It explains extensively how to optimize your site/s using a technique he calls mininets. It used to be for sale. It's free now.
get rid of the links page. that looks like a link farm and a liinks page to google. the best thing would be to interlink them through the content on your site. for examlpe include links in yoiur actual content, at the bottom of your pages, etc. the best method here to make the links look authentic and natural linking is to put text links in amongst your content.
