So if you know marketing in the 21st century than you know the most efficient and important marketing avenues in 2012 and beyond are: Email Blasting, Facebook Fan Pages, SEO, and of course the best for direct sales, nightclubs, restaurants, and more is: Mass Text Messaging. So the search is on for the most cost efficient and useful Text Message Service. Here are my findings: Site Cost Smsmarketingv.com .02 cents a message + $100 a month Trumpia.com .03 cents a message + .01 cents per contact upload for 20,000+ contacts txt180.com .03 cents a message + $150 for only 5,000 messages eztexting.com .04 cents a message + $149 a month for 6,600 messages and 3 keywords Smsmarketing.com no monthly fee but .06 cents a message for 5,000 messages or $300.00 So looking and testing personally all of the options. The most cost efficient ones are listed in order from top to bottom with smsmarketingv.com the cheapest for mass text messaging followed by trumpia and so forth. Like anything else you may not get full 24 hour customer service with the cheapest service but if you can upload contacts and send out your message for the right price I believe cost conquers all for mass sms marketing. Any feedback or thoughts from other DP members who have used these or other services?
I use txtimpact mass text message service for sending text to my customers call the time and it worked great, their service is very good too. I'm using almost 10k messages a month and i pay 3 cents a message. i hope this helps.. good luck with texting --Zang
so better than trumpia and ez texting or about the same? at .03 cents a text you can probably go cheaper depending on what option you go with.
Thanks for sharing dude. Actually I was finding something like these. But Do SMS marketing works like previous days?
Well, if you want one that's completely FREE and NO registration then check out www.UseFreeSMS.com The only thing there is that you can't send out BULK or MASS text... Must be done one by one.. Fine by me for now, right? JB
When it comes to choosing a reliable SMS service provider, reliable customer support should top your list of expectations. Many of the companies you mentioned have additional costs such as email server costs etc. if you want to take full advantage of the platform. Many don't allow any connection to a third-party email server as well, so you are forced to pay for a email server/credits to that as well. Also, the prices you see for some of the companies often change, and recently many have upped their MMS sending costs due to various changes in the industry. Just keep that in mind.
I'll put my vote in for Twilio, they are somewhat expensive to start, but with volume their costs come down significantly.
Thanks for including us as one of the top providers, we do have 7 day a week phone/email support at Trumpia!
I've heard of mass text messaging as a marketing mehtod. it seems a little spammy but I think if done right it could bring good results.
